United States, Scott 65, on 1864 cover to Mass., via Hartford, Conn.  PHILa / SEP 16  / 1864 / Pa. CDS and 4 ring target cancel ties 3c rose Washington to small orange envelope addressed to Longmeadow, Mass., opened and docketed at left.
