This is a Plate Block Collection housed in a Harris Album, all appear to be mint never hinged. I counted 224 blocks and a look in a 2006 Scott catalog the cv is over $175.00. The plate blocks range from 1959 to 1970, I seen a missing spot or two but not many. Seen some nice looking blocks but I don't collect them and instead of breaking them up, will sell them as a whole. I believe the starting bid is very reasonable for a collector or to break up and resale. This lot will be very expensive to ship overseas, but will do if someone wants to pay the $40. plus postage.
