RETURNS POLICY: No Reason Required Returns!
We understand the difficulties in making on-line purchases and the uncertainty that accompanies them. This is why we have an unconditional return policy.
No reason for the return is required!

We do require notice of a return within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase and a return within fourteen (14) days. No reason need be given for return.

Upon receiving a return we will refund your entire purchase price. Additionally, shipping costs will be refunded if the return is due to an error in our description.

PAYMENT METHODS: We prefer Google Checkout and accept Paypal, Money Orders and personal checks drafted from U.S. Banks. We will ship as soon as payment clears, normally within one business day of payment receipt.

CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS: For shipping outside of the USA (including Canada) we declare the full purchase value as US federal law requires - we're sorry, but we ask your understanding that we can make no exceptions.

Your satisfaction is our number one goal!

We offer USPS shipping services only, and we cannot ship items using any other carrier for either domestic or international mailings. We pack single stamps in a protective mount, between two pieces of thick cardboard, in a strong envelope. All items are carefully packed and protected, but we regret that we cannot be responsible for any uninsured items lost or damaged in the mail.

Basic costs for this specific lot are as below:

U.S.A. $1.50.
Canada $1.75.
Rest of World $2.25.

We will gladly hold and combine multiple lots for a single shipping rate for all lots purchased within a seven (7) day time period.

POSTAL INSURANCE: We ask your understanding that postal insurance is a condition of all purchases with a final value of $50 or over.

i) USA Addresses: We charge basic USPS rates, at cost.

ii) All Other Countries:- For smaller items such as single stamps, groups of stamps, covers etc. USPS Registered Airmail Letter Post is required, as this is the only way to provide limited insurance cover and the proof of delivery required by PayPal's Buyer Protection Scheme. Registration fee is $9.95, plus regular mailing costs as decribed above. For larger items, such as books or collections, we can normally use USPS Air Mail Parcel Post, which can be insured at economical rates.
