Bright & sound.  That means no cuts, tears, thins, or other hidden faults.  Perfs are as shown in scan.  What you see is what you get!  If item is too big to be scanned, I will scan what I can and you can assume balance is OK unless stated in the description.  Note that sometimes in reducing large scans picture quality suffers.

A note about certifcates, Stampwants will only allow the SCV of VF unless the stamp(s) have agraded certificate.  Those will be so indicated and the SCV will be for the grade shown on the certificate.  All other lots with or without certificates will show the VF SCV in the title, if any shown, but the grade will be determined by me.  You should examine the stamp for yourself determining your grade and buy accordingly.  Later in the description I may show the Scott Valuing Supp. SCV for "my" grade for a morer accurate comparison.  $2.00 S&H for the first lot, unless otherwise shown (for heavier lots or collections) then similar lots may be combined for an additional 25c/lot if paid at the same time and within a five day period.  Insurance available only on shipments within the U.S.  If you wish to expertize a stamp you need to advise me of that action within 7 days of payment.  If upon expertizing, the stamp is not genuine or as described (used instead of unused, with faults when described as sound, etc) I will give a refund of purchase price plus mailing costs.  Because of the cost for certificates, I will refund the cost of the certificate only for stamps that have a catalog value of over $100.  You may get it expertized either by the APS, Philatelic Foundation or PSE but I base the cost of the certificate on what it would cost me through the APS ($25.00 or 2% for SCV > $1000).  The stamp and certificate must be returned to me for credit within 120 days of purchase.  Check my store under "Faultfree" in StampWants (usually on the 2nd page) for more nice items in all categories.
