All stamps that are sold will be marked: MNH (Mint never hinged), MLH (Mint lightly hinged), MDG (Mint disturbed gum), MNG (Mint no gum) or used. Please note that any horizontal or vertical lines that run through the scan is usually caused by the edge of the scanning sleeve that I use. I may occasionally miss a minor fault, or not notice that a mint stamp has been lightly hinged. Since what I put up for auction comes from other collectors and sellers, and usually has been identified, I will always try to confirm the identification of items by checking perforations and watermarks as best as I can.
