Payment Options:

I accept Google Checkout (prefered), Paypal, Money Orders, Personal Checks and cash at your own risk. Payment is expected within 10 days of first item unless other arrangements are made, or you have notified me of intent to purchase other items. I am willing to work with you if you need time to make payment. Just let me KNOW!

Shipping Rates:

Flat rate shipping fee of $1.25 on all orders under $20.00 within USA and Canada. Free Shipping within USA and to Canada on orders of over $20.00. To all other areas of the world, shipping will be $3.75. Shipping is combined on multiple lots won within a 7 day period to help you save more money. Additional items at a cost of $0.00.

Insurance & Fees:

Within the USA: Insurance on most items is optional and must be requested and paid for at time of purchase. I cannot not be responsible for items lost in the mail. Insurance may be purchased according to the USPS postal rates. Up to $50.00 $1.70 $50.01 to $100.00 $2.15 $100.01 to $200.00 $2.60 To Canada & Worldwide: There is no insurance to these areas. Items must be sent Registered Mail which has insurance attached. The rates are as follows: Up to $100.00 $10.80 $100.01 to $500.00 $12.10 Customer Service & Shipping Policy:

Scans: All lots are scanned individually. I do not use any stock photo's or scans. The stamp you see in the listing, is the stamp you will receive! Most Mint stamps will have scans of both front and back. This is to give you a better look and feel for the stamp. Large lots of Mint stamps will not have back scans due to time involved. Used stamps will only have a front view unless there is something nothworthy about the reverse. Shipping: I Usually ship stamps within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Exceptions is the normal weekend or holiday date. Items paid by personal check, may be held untill the check clears my bank. Exception is prior business with me. Returns/Refunds: My aim is to have you happy with your purchase. If you feel an item is not as described, you may return it for a full refund (minus shipping charges). Just notifiy me within 7 days of receipt via email of your intent. Please be sure to return it in the same fashion as sent to you. Your money will be gladly refunded.
