Terms Of Sale:
All large
lots/collections/mixtures sold "AS-IS". Assume that ALL large
lots/groups/collections/mixtures contain stamps in ALL grades and
conditions, in other words u are going to find- good, bad and the
ugly"
Shipping fees are not refundable
under any circumstances.
Stamps/lots described with faults
are NOT returnable.
All returns are subject to a 20%
handling fee, no exceptions.
Stamps having disputed centering
or margins are not returnable when a photograph is
provided.
Lots are normally shipped within 3
- 5 days. The placing of a bid will indicate the buyers explicit
acceptance of all of our terms and conditions of sale.

ALL CHECKS MUST BE DRAWN ON A U.S. BANK. Please allow
time for personal checks to clear. Payments can be mailed to:

can also contact us via e-mail at PALISTAMP@AOL.COM. We reply to all
e-mails, normally within 24 hours.
We can not accept PayPal payments
from "unconfirmed" users, and can only ship to your "CONFIRMED"
address, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this
policy.
Combined shipping for PayPal
users
- please contact us for the combined
shipping amount & invoice on more then one item, if you are
paying with Paypal the payment must be a "combined invoice" in
order for us to combine the shipping charges, if you pay with
separate PayPals, we can not combine the shipping amount since each
must be shipped separately according to PayPal's
policy.
Our shipping charge for each item
is clearly listed. (BELOW !!),
shipping charges are calculated based on USPS
rates with our packaging and labor
expense. If this amount is a problem for you,
please do not bid. We will combine shipping if
possible based on the item's size and weight. Shipping insurance if
you desire it is $3 for the first $100 of value, and it is your
responsibility to contact us for the insurance amount if you
require more than $100.
NOTICE:
Tracking and or insurance will cost
extra.
Insurance is recommended. I cannot be
responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. I do not
file for insurance. If something is lost or damaged during shipping
and you did purchase insurance then please email me and I will send
you the proof of insurance and any other document you may
need to file for insurance at your local post
office.
