Lots returned must be returned in the same condition received accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. Refunds will be processed immediately upon receipt of the returned items.

A stamp purchased through our eBay auctions or from the Stamp Shoppe may be sent to either the Philatelic Foundation (PF), Professional Stamp Experts (PSE), or the American Philatelic Society (APS) for expertizing. If the purchased stamp is not as described, we will refund the purchase price and the expertizing fee. The 30 day satisfaction guarantee limit does not apply to stamps that are not accurately described: there is no time limit.
