#131 1875 Re-Issue 30c Ultramarine & Carmine Graded XF 90 PSE. (No Gum). Eagle Shield and Flags. Absolutely stunning example large fairly balanced margins superb color on white paper clean back no gum. Gorgeous. Extremely Fine; 2007 PSE - Graded Certificate. (SMQ $2100; this being one of 3 attaining this grade as of 10/08 with only 1 Graded higher)
