#107 1875 Re-Issue 12c Black Graded VF-XF 85J PSE. (Original Gum - Hinged). Eye-pleasing large margins. Small hinge remnant and small pencil mark on gum. Very Fine to Extremely Fine; 2006 PSE - Graded Certificate. (this being one of 2 attaining this grade as of 10/08 with only 7 Graded higher)
